Have an “Egg”celent Morning!

How do you start your morning?  Eggs, bacon, toast?  Since our local Farmer’s Market opened in early June, my husband and I have enjoyed Opossum Hollow Pastured Eggs each morning.
Fresh eggs are WAY different than store bought eggs – from color, texture, taste, and even contain things that are naked to the human eye:
Omega-3’s
Beta carotene
Vitamin E
Vitamin A
Vitamin B-12
Protein
Iron
Riboflavin
Pastured eggs aren’t always “organic,” however, they are much happier, as they get more exercise and nutrients than confined, industrial eggs.
